Confirmation will then be sent via email, followed by a second email with event information and a booking form to make sure we have all your details. There is a WhatsApp group, that is specific for each event, if you have any more questions.

Horses are horses, and we know that there are times due to horse or rider injury, you aren’t going to be able to make it. The sooner you can let us know, the more likely we will be able to fill the space, and refund any monies you have paid, or credit to a future clinic or camp. If the cancellation is close to the event, and the space can’t be filled, sadly a refund will not be possible.

Yes. Your horse must be up to date with vaccinations, and evidence will need to be proved on the booking form. Please also bring the vaccination certificate on the day, as there maybe spot checks at the venue. Following the first vaccination the second needs to be given 21 to 92 days later. The third vaccination needs to be given 150 to 215 days after the second and then booster vaccinations given annually, within 365 days . As long as your horse has received the first 2 injections you are fine to attend camp.
